The Small Print
1. BARGAINBIDZ REGISTRATION: We require all bid'erz to open our lifetime memberhsip account with a fee due of £5.00 per bidding / selling account. This minimal fee covers our human verification fee, and the ability for you to sell your own items with no charges or insertation fees for the life of your membership. If you dont currently have a lifetime membership account then you may browse items but NOT bid or sell on BargainBidz.
2. BARGAINBIDZ GUARANTEE: We personally guarantee to list well over 100 lots per month with a MINIMUM 50% saving off the manufactures Recommended Retail Price. All items listed are checked prior to despatch to ensure a 100% working order.
3. BARGAINBIDZ RETURNS POLICY: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase, subject to 50% restocking fee. All returns must be sent in the original package, in the same condition it was received. Damaged or defective material will only be accepted when accompanied by an authorization previously issued by BargainBidz. Defective or damaged materials will be exchanged as long as our customer service department is informed within 2 hours of delivery. All materials will be inspected to determine whether the item appears defective. To obtain a return or exchange authorization, please contact our customer service department at 0844 802 Bidz (2439). Shipments without a return authorization will not be accepted.
4. BARGAINBIDZ CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel an online order placed with BargainBidz, you must contact customer service within 24 hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, as long as it has not shipped yet. In case your order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please note that, if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs and 50% restocking fee).
5. BARGAINBIDZ SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY: Orders for products that are in stock, placed before 17:00 on weekdays [excluding public holidays] will be despatched the same day, wherever possible. Orders that are placed after 17:00, on weekdays, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. It is our intention to deliver on weekdays only, although we can arrange weekend deliveries if required. Shipments are made directly from our warehouse although BargainBidz may find it necessary to ship directly from a distributor’s warehouse to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible. This will not affect the terms and condition of sale. Delivery within mainland UK For deliveries, we use a commercial courier, the delivery time depends on the shipping option selected. Delivery charges will be advised when the order is placed and will be confirmed in the order confirmation, delivery note and invoice documentation.
6. BARGAINBIDZ ACCOUNT POLICY: Any Bargainbidz account/s can be suspended, put on hold, deleted or loose their lifetime membership guarantee at anytime. This decision will not be taken lightly but action maybe taken given any indication of fraud, deception, multipal account/s or a pending legal process against you or an afiliate via any recognised legal entity. Bargainbidz reserves the right not to offer any type of refund or resolution should any of the above stated arise.
7. BARGAINBIDZ DISPUTE POLICY: When purchasing an item from a Third party via BargainBidz our customer service department will endevour to assist both parties in every way possible. Any dispute will result in both the seller and buyer's account being suspended until such time the issue has been resolved. This action will have no adverse impact on any buyer or seller rating while using BargainBidz however any listed or bidded items will be suspended until a satisfactory resolution is agreed between both parties. This action is to ensure a speedy resolution for both parties given any dispute, all buyer and seller contact details will be released to both parties as a result. Once a resolution or agreement is in force by both parties your account will be re-activated.
